Pay What You Can Afford GCSE Group English LanguageÂ
Designed with home educated young people in mind, these sessions will teach pupils strategies to meet the requirements of the GCSE English Language mark scheme. These sessions are weekly and follow the AQA specification.
GCSE "Think Like an Examiner" Sessions
These 45 minute sessions are designed to complement and build on what is already taught in schools, encouraging young people to thoroughly understand the GCSE English Language mark scheme, and apply this to their responses. These sessions are in 8 week blocks, focusing on a new question each session.
Walking Talking Mock: AQA Paper 1
These 3-hour online sessions give young people the chance to sit a mock exam in real time, with examiner guidance before each question. Each response will then be marked by a trained AQA Paper 1 examiner, with feedback focusing on areas for improvement. Please note that an overall grade will not be provided due to the changing nature of grade boundaries.
